Went into card factory on 4/3/18 for some balloons, male member of staff helped me with my queries, he also helped my mother pick the right cards as she is partially blind. Couldont of asked for better service! Jack was polite,patient and amazing to speak to. As moving to the area recently we will definitely be coming back to card factory 110%!!!!!!!
